The room/apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and mind-blowingly equipped with a large bath, frig, and cooking facilities. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the main square. The friendly receptionist provided all necessary information and the value for money was jaw-dropping. Highly recommended for both long and short stays.

Location: the property was near to the old town square, Ceske Budejovice and the smoky cafe. Had nice dainties at Cafe Magnolia, located so close to the hotel...

The location is perfect and magnificent, at a short distance from Iron Maiden Tower. It takes 5 mins to get to a bus station.

Pour le dernier étage il manque un ascenceur. For the last floor a lift would be great but everything was perfect. and the last floor is where are the best appartements... so we can accept to walk the few stairs.Becareful if you park your car outside in the street don't forget to pay parking...

We stayed in a 4 bed room apartment, which was really nice, in the quite street in the city center. The flat was very clean (no dust anywhere), fully equipped, had nice view from the balcony. We were using the kitchen and washing machine without problems. Missed ironing machine though. There is no door bell or smth like this, so once you arrive, go to cafeteria on the left side (where the stairs are) and enquire about the apartment there. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The hotel has no reception, but uses the cafe that has an extremely service-minded staff. Great breakfast. When you buy breakfast with the room, you can choose just what you like from the menu. New well appointed rooms. The hotel is newly renovated with amazing rooms. There is no traffic noise.

The hotel's car park is some distance from hotel and is not monitored. However, it is possible to get reception to provide parking (fee) on one of the other hotels in town. We lived on the third floor and could have used a lift.
